After my parents had passed away, I made the difficult decision this past Summer to leave my job as an Arabic teacher in Morocco, and came to this US to live full time and start a new life. Luckily, I have family here, too. My dear brother who made it possible for me and my sister to come live with him. At this time, I am going to school to improve my English to a professional level so I can start looking for a job I would enjoy. It is kind of odd to become a student again after being the teacher, but I am learning a lot and have already reached level 6 in ESOL. About me: I am a Muslim first, do my prayers five times a day. But I am also peaceful, kind-hearted and faithful, and fear Allah. I still believe in the good of people but aware that evil exists. I have never been married and no kids, but don’t mind if my future husband does. For I “raised” many students during my teaching years and prepared them for the road ahead. I grew up in a traditional family, with dad as a factory worker and mom was a stay-home mother, raising 7 kids. We did not have everything, but we were happy. I went to college and received a BA in Arabic and became a teacher for many years. I believe in doing good in the world and leaving good footprints by helping others when I can, and being aware that life is short, and kindness does not cost anything. I love nature and hiking and the ocean and travel, but I also love making a house feel like a home, and cooking what I learned from the Moroccan cuisine. I love being in the kitchen. When it comes to marriage’s search, because I was made aware of the games played on Marriage’s Apps, I enlisted my brother to help me find the right Muslim husband to continue life journey as a husband and wife in a Muslim household, never forgetting our thanks to Allah and doing good in society. I am a simple person, with a good heart. Of that I am sure. I am hoping to meet a good man, who believe in the bliss of a Muslim marriage and who is kind, honest and God-fearing. Someone who is truly a good person. Someone who has a sense of humor because laughter is healing but also someone responsible. Because I took the time to put too much of me on here, I am not likely to answer blank profile or profile with no pictures. For there is too much scamming on marriage apps, I was told. Also, I don’t plan on leaving the US, so not interested in profiles outside the US. Sorry. Be kind, and Allah will lead you to the right person. Good luck to all. Amen.

Hello my name is Angeles. I’m an 18 year old woman. I love kittens and chocolate so much. Islam is a very important part in my life and it’s something I value and love learning about each day more and more. I pray 5x a day for 24 days per month. I pray Dhuhr at school Monday to Friday to not miss prayer. I watch Islamic videos many times per week and I strive to be a good Muslim. I am a revert to Islam and I enjoy reading the translated Quran in English or Spanish when I wake up after Fajr. in August I will major in Early Childhood Education I do not want children if I am being completely honest though if my future husband wants to have them, I’m sure we will come up with a solution that will make us both happy. I enjoy getting to know children and I enjoy finding ways on how to communicate with them, being able to help them, and helping them grow is something I’m passionate about and makes me happy. I’m a very calm and patient person, I consider myself a positive and loving person overall who doesn’t become upset or frustrated when dealing with difficulties. I’m able to control my emotions and I don’t overreact. I consider myself an introverted person as I’m quiet and shy which is something I’m fine with as I don’t mind being by myself. At times I am very serious but only when I need to be I enjoy piercings, I have 8. (and I have 5 budgies) I like them not only since they make me feel better about how I look, but because they’re a way for me to establish a sense of control over my body. I’m able to express myself freely and with piercings, I feel much happier and comfortable since they make me who I am. I do wear Hijab Alhamdulillah and I’ve recently started wearing it. it’s an important part of who I am as a Muslim and as a person trying to better themselve. I 100% believe that Hijab is a journey and isn’t something one just decides to wear as many women tend to struggle having have ups and downs about other people’s opinions and deal with judgment, self confidence, (the way I used to) especially if they were to be in a Non Muslim/Islamic country. I hope women who decide to wear the Hijab one day gain confidence and self love as I did. I also wear modest clothes. I like wearing Maxi skirts and abayas a lot, loose or baggy pants are also great. I don’t like to wear tight clothes unless I’m home since I feel uncomfortable and don’t like the tightness of clothing hugging my body. I enjoy going to the gym to stay in shape and to have stay healthy. I started exercising 2 years ago during a strength training class. Exercise is something I enjoy and love. It allows me to have something to look forward to when my days are a bit boring. I always make sure to lower my gaze. Not only at the gym but also at school and anywhere else I go with family as I have no reason nor interest in looking at someone from the opposite gender my conversations with guys and stay close to my family when I’m out. If I don’t reply it’s because I’m not interested. I’m sorry but I prefer 18-20 year olds, it’s just my personal preference. I don’t like 29-50 year olds dm’ing me Lastly I will mention that I have serious jealous issues as I will not like my future husband thinking of other women or talking to them if they aren’t family member. This can cause issues so if it bothers you, leave since I don’t think about sharing and only want my future husband to myself. If you have female friends or are open to polygamy, simply don’t like me nor send a text and expect me to reply because I’ll simply ignore and block you as rude as it sounds. Thank you for reading! :3
