A bit more about me: As a person, I tend to be quieter until you get to know me, at which point it’s too late: you WILL have to hear all about my current writing project, or the cool cars I saw on my way to work, and you WILL be harassed to go bouldering or hiking with me. I try to do whatever good I can, or at least do no harm. I like to joke around, as long as nobody stands to get hurt. I believe that life is a rich experience with all the depth of God’s creation shining through every moment, if only we can see it, and to this end, I try to live in such a way that I may witness this, appreciating the small moments alongside the grandness of existence. To this end, I believe that to live one’s religion it is not only necessary to follow the external laws, but also and especially to pursue the beauty of God as revealed in all things, and I strive to live such a life as best I can.
