I am easygoing. This trait didnāt come naturally genetically inherited by DNA. I personally learned to become an open and sociable person through the process of growing into adulthood. if human too much self isolated, their gonna be trapped in subjective ego, avoid social interactions, or self isolation, negative self concept. Iāve learned from Alfred Adlerās thinking that a mentally healthy person is someone who can adapt socially, manage their ego, show interest in others, and have a broad, non-egocentric perspective. Iām actively involved in community development, especially in literacy movements and local reading community my neighborhood. I also enjoy visiting friends, having discussions, exchanging ideas, and talking about interesting topics such as education, mental health, life philosophy, healthy, real food and more. My friends come from diverse backgroundsāreligion, ethnicity, education, and worldview. Iāve learned so much from that diversity. I also enjoy simple physical activities, like morning run under the sunrise. Greeting neighbors and starting the day with positive energy gives me a great boost. I try to avoid the habit of staying idle, being lazy, or shutting myself off from the outside world. I am also disciplined. Discipline is not an innate trait, human need hard training to shape it. this the result of persistent practiceāperhaps even a lifelong effort. I strive to train myself not to pleasure oriented, reorganize my lifestyle, and detox from the dopamine-driven habits that often make lazy and unproductive. I understand that changing bad habits is an uncomfortable, even painful, process. But growing up means learning to take responsibilityāespecially for ourselves. We must complete our developmental tasks at every stage of life and be brave enough to face the consequences of our choices. Thatās why I personally donāt fully agree with the saying āaccept yourself as you areāāat least not when itās used as an excuse to avoid change. Romanticizing bad habits isnāt a form of healthy self-acceptance. On the contrary, we should have the courage to rise and change. Thatās a little story about me. Thank you for reading :)
