Hi, I’m Ica. My friends often describe me as easygoing, straightforward, critical, curious, responsible, and an overthinker 🤷🏻♀️ I’m quite an active person. I try to reach 10k steps a day, regularly go to the gym 3–4 times a week, do yoga, and sometimes Pilates. I also love traveling. I’m interested in cultural history and, of course, nature. And i enjoy staying active and productive, but sometimes I also have days where I just feel lazy and prefer slow days at home to rest and recharge 💆🏻♀️ I’m often curious about many things. I also listen to podcasts on YouTube, usually about economics, politics, self-improvement, and psychology, and standup comedy. Some YouTube channels and speakers I often listen to are: Endgame, the reading chamber, and for Islamic lectures: Muhammad Nuzul Dzikri, KHB, Haifaa Younis, Ousama, Nouman Ali Khan, etc. Right now, I’m building new routines: reading at least one book a month, attending 15 minutes of Islamic study daily, and learning languages. Oh, and I’m a Sunni, try to lives by my calues : do not celebrate Mawlid, I try my best to avoid anything involving riba (usury/interest) or gharar (excessive uncertainty) in financial matters. I believe marriage is not just about compatibility, but also about readiness and understanding the rights and responsibilities of both husband and wife. I think life should feel meaningful but also exciting.
