I travel internationally for a living. I invest in the stock market in my free time, this is the only job I will ever have to have. ✈️ I recently paid my moms entire mortgage for her and I told her to pick out any car she wants for $10,000. (She doesn’t want to pay for full coverage car insurance, so that’s why I said get a car in that price range, I would hate for an expensive luxury car to get totaled.) 👩👧 She is 66 years old and previously a full-time maid. It made me very upset to see her working so much at her age. So many people told me not to do it, they told me save my money and that it’s ‘her fault’ she hasn’t saved up money for her retirement. I’m so happy I didn’t listen to these people. There was a hole in my heart that is now completely filled with love. 💒 Now, she works only because she wants to, and I feel like the best daughter in the world. With social security and a paid off mortgage, I sleep so well knowing my mom is done in her life and she can enjoy her retirement. 🧘♀️ This is the type of person I am, besides traveling internationally or enjoying a soda, I love to help people in need.
