As Salaam alaykum; Alhamdulillah, Allah SWT found me lost and guided me to Islam. I reverted 31 years ago. That is the most valuable statement I can make. I made Hajj and later Umrah in 2007. Secondly, I am the mother of two daughters, who are on their own. Alhamdulillah. I also have two grandchildren one an adult; working to keep us all safe daily. (very proud) living with her mother, and brother. I am so blessed. Next, I am an R.N MSN specialty maternal and child health. I retired of full time work after 30 years, but still work occasionally per diem. I also do volunteer work for the Red Cross, and Dawah outreach services for new converts. Last, I am considered by friends to be caring, supportive, and generous with time and whatever I have. I also am one to encourage, and do whatever I can for others. I love anything Islamic, family activities, the arts, some occasional worth while cinema and of course travel. I love to read' take Islamic classes (am a life long learner of Arabic!) and continue each day to try to be what Allah wants of me. None of us are perfect- we can only try inshaAllah.
