With gratitude optimism is sustainable
Bios are difficult. But leaving this section bare would come across if I'm not serious. I'm not good at talking about myself. But hopefully, I do a good enough job of giving you some insight into the person I am and that will be enough for us to talk. I'm well-travelled (30+ countries) lived and worked abroad, and distance isn't a concern for me. So; I don’t believe in any cultural oppression, or strict or cruel, behaviours. My impression has always been your Dīn is evident in the way you treat others. I believe in an equal partnership. Not just a Wife but my best friend, I’m fortunate enough to be independent I’ve no need for a carer. But a prospective Mother, I’d like to be a Dad so ideally you’d want a family (or even add me to yours) Marriage is something I’d like to do only once, so I won’t rush any interactions I have, I want to get to know You. So patience is a must, I’m not a list of attributes. I’m a person, get to know me and I’ll get to know you. I want someone who’ll experience the world with me, I won't judge your history, I don’t care about your sect or particular cultural proclivity. I will accept you for who you are, and support you in the person you want to be. I’m open-minded and believe education is important. You want to focus on your career, your education I got your back. I want someone I can grow alongside, I won’t ever stop trying to win the heart of someone who won’t give up on me is open and honest and wants to build a future together. If that’s not you, then please don’t message me. I want any prospective relationship to come from mutual understanding. I am trying to find someone, for the rest of my prospective days. I'm the type to serenade his Cat (poorly) when he thinks he's alone. I enjoy cooking, not as much for myself but I like cooking for friends and family. I'm good at it too. I like to go hiking, generally being outdoors in nature. Not so much water (can't swim) but will happily get in the ocean? Confusing I know. I'd say I'm intelligent but equally willing to be goofy and childish. I love books don't talk to me about Kindles nothing beats the feel of a real book. I have a habit of buying more books than I can finish reading one day I'd love to have a little libarary of my own. I love to learn things, when something piques my interest I learn how to do. I also retain just the weirdest tidbits of information that nobody cares about or as my friends would put it I'm a fountain of useless information. But it has proven useful in very specific scenarios. I love Museums and art Galleries I could spend the entire day wondering about a museum. I also enjoy the theatre, I watch Anime and read Manga I do think they're underappreciated as storytelling mediums. I'm a film buff and enjoy musicals, documentaries especially anything on space or dinosaurs. I keep an open mind about all things, I’m a big fan of philosophy. To me philosophy is just education for adults. I choose to be kind because the world is hard enough, I practice being grateful for everything I have I thank Allah SWT for everything.
