I am also looking for someone who wants to live a minimalist lifestyle (cut plastic use, reduce waste, keep only important things...) If she plans to do hijrah to a muslim country then that's the cherry on top. But if she doesn't want to settle in a muslim country then she should be willing to put kids in Islamic school and not public school, or failing this, homeschool them. That's a lot of criteria, I know I know ... But the prophet ‎ﷺ advised us to marry the religiously committed person may our hands be rubbed in dust (may we succeed). And who doesn't want that ?
