It is a fallacy when people use terms such as looking for "love" "honesty" etc etc. these terms are over-used. These things need to be earned in a relationship. So first and foremost, I would say COMMUNICATION is key to any successful relationship. A sense of humour in a potential partner. Educated (not just in a degree, but also in life). A positive attutude to life: we are the directors of our own lives; we write our own stories. The "I'm a victim attitude" is a turn off. Someone who is philosopically (and artistically) inclined and doesn't mind having a natter in the early hours of the morning! And most importantly, to love yourself-no one else will if you don't!
