I believe in the traditional household perspective where the husband perform the roles of leader, protector and provider for the family while the wives focus on an even greater role of nurturing and shaping the future of the ummah (kids) from home. Having said that i also believe that the husband also contributes in the management of the household and upbringing of childrens as has been shown by Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Lastly, my answer for any form of financial request will always be "NO". I respect my wife and access to my wealth is a privilege that I only give to my lawfully wedded wife. I always do my best to fulfill all my resposibilities as a Muslim, husband and father. Just like every other family, we share and care, we love and argue, we seek each others comfort.
