Surah Ar-Rum, verse 21 And if we pay close attention to this ayah, he mentions tranquility as the foremost attribute of a successful marriage. And then, he mentions that it is he subhanahu wa ta’la who puts love and mercy in our hearts for our spouses. Clearly, this indicates that Allah Azzawajal is the single most important factor for the success of a marriage, just as he is crucial for the success of any other aspect of our lives. I would like to talk about myself from the perspective of the people that are closest to me. I am known to have a very friendly demeanour and to be kind, compassionate, thoughtful and generous, Alhamdoulilah. I would also say that life experiences have made me quite mature, by the wisdom of Allah. I have an insatiable want to learn Islam, I am particularly interested in Aqeedah. I am currently memorizing the Quran and I plan to finish it in the next two years, in shaa Allah. I am an extroverted person and very easy going and get along with people very well which, in my opinion has helped me a lot in my vision to educate people about Islam, Alhamdoulilah. I also like outdoor activities a lot and I like to be active by whatever means possible, hiking, camping, kayaking are some of the activities I do on a regular basis. In my search for a spouse, a veiled women is an obligatory criteria, particularly for the sake of Allah. Alhamdoulilah by his wisdom, I know how to treat women and my treatment towards other people and women in particular is derived from the best man to have walked the earth in the history of mankind. “The best among you are the ones that are best to their wives” - Prophet Muhammed ﷺ May Allah help each one of us find that which brings us tranquility and would lead towards his pleasure and our abode in Jannah.
