Well to find a like minded person, someone who enjoys deep intellectual conversations at 3am, someone who supports me with my passions and interests, someone to pick me up when I fall. Someone who will better me everyday. A few negative things about me I don't know my left from my right I'm terrified of spiders I am definitely not an optimistic person and would probably see things in a negative way. I'm a realist. (I don't want to change how I see life) I understand that a Muslim woman must obey her husband. But I have a strong personality and I come from a different culture and lifestyle. My mother raised me to be independent and I was taught to be responsible for myself. I am willing to compromise, but if you are looking for a submissive and obedient partner. That is not me. That is also the same I feel about intimacy. I personally feel like I have the right to say no. But that's my opinion and not necessarily according to the Hadith.
