السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Let's be honest, all of us using this app would prefer meeting our spouse organically. But Allahu almusta'an, it's become difficult 1 to find someone practicing and serious about religion. The fact that I'm living abroad doesn't help. And my parents don't have many connections with religious families to find a match for me. About me : Religion is my number one priority. I am hoping to get married in one year and grow in religion with my partner. My dream is to find a pious partner build a family with her, and grow together in religion. The goal should be reaching Jannah Inchallah. I prefer a woman who dresses in shar'i clothing (jilbab/niqab) and is serious about religion. I am not seeking a perfect spouse, as we all have our shortcomings (I am also just beginning my journey towards a more religiously committed life) I am rather looking for a woman who strives to be better everyday, who seeks Islamic knowledge, who accepts Islamic evidence (Quran annd Sunnah) when presented to her and acts upon it (there are people out there who reject hadith for the mere fact they don't like what it says, followers of their desires). I view everything from an Islamic filter. Culture isn't something important to me, so I'm open to people from different cultures. Being pious and religiously committed is all that matters, so I don't want to limit myself to people from my country/culture. I am also looking for someone who wants to live a minimalist lifestyle (cut plastic use, reduce waste, keep only important things...) If she plans to do hijrah to a muslim country then that's the cherry on top. But if she doesn't want to settle in a muslim country then she should be willing to put kids in Islamic school and not public school, or failing this, homeschool them. That's a lot of criteria, I know I know ... But the prophet ‎ﷺ advised us to marry the religiously committed person may our hands be rubbed in dust (may we succeed). And who doesn't want that ? I love to laugh and goof around. And I like to think of myself as someone who would make a great husband/parent Inchaa-allah. وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
